Returns and Refunds Policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns and Refunds Policy is divided into two categories: Custom Artwork and Pre-Made Artwork. Please read the following sections carefully to understand our policies.
1. Custom Artwork
Order Cancellation:
- Once a deposit has been paid for custom artwork, the order cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel a custom commission after the deposit has been made, please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers the initial work and time the artist invests in starting your project.
Returns and Refunds:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Each custom piece is uniquely created based on the client’s specifications, making it ineligible for resale.
2. Pre-Made Artwork
Order Cancellation:
- For non-custom, pre-made artwork, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns or exchanges for pre-made artwork within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to arrange the return. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Limitation of Liability
- We take great care in packaging our artwork securely; however, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping once the item has left our premises.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please take multiple photographs of the packaging and the damaged item itself. This documentation is essential for us to work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and make the situation right.
