2. Custom Artwork Orders

  • Deposits: For all custom artwork orders, a non-refundable deposit is required before any work will begin. The amount of the deposit will be agreed upon during the initial consultation, but it is typically 50% of the total cost.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom pieces. Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, the order is considered final.

3. Payments

  • We accept various payment methods as outlined on our checkout page. All payments must be completed in full before any items, including custom orders, are shipped or delivered.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We offer free shipping on all purchases over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Processing Time:
    • For non-custom items, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
    • For custom items, the processing time varies depending on the nature and complexity of the artwork. We will provide an estimated completion time during the initial consultation.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We use the most economical shipping option available. If you require faster or expedited shipping, additional insurance, or other shipping services, these costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you are located outside the United States and are interested in purchasing, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Include your full address and phone number in your inquiry; these details are necessary for providing an accurate shipping estimate.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Custom Artwork: Orders for custom artwork cannot be canceled once the deposit has been paid. If you decide to cancel a custom commission after the deposit has been made, please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. The deposit is used to compensate the artist for the initial work and time invested in the project.
  • Other Orders: For non-custom orders, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Artwork: No refunds or exchanges are allowed for custom artwork, as each piece is uniquely created based on client specifications.
  • Other Purchases: For non-custom purchases, we may accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. We package our artwork securely, but once it leaves our premises, it is out of our control.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please take as many pictures as possible of the packaging and the item itself. This documentation will help us work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and make the situation right.

9. Respectful Communication and Conduct

  • We reserve the right to end communication and refuse service to any individual who engages in abusive, harassing, or bigoted behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited lewd or nude images, engaging in racist, misogynistic, anti-queer, or any other forms of discriminatory or harmful speech.
  • This business is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment free from racism, white supremacy, misogyny, anti-queer rhetoric, and other harmful ideologies. Any behavior that contradicts these values will not be tolerated.
  • Customers are expected to be courteous and respectful in all interactions. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in termination of communication and refusal of service.
