He’s the authority figure, so he very much expects to be listened to. It wouldn’t be smart to disappoint him.
Delights
He delights in a well run, harmonious society. He believes that the rules exist for a reason, and the reason is one of compassion. We can have more, riskier, and deeper experiences when we have strong guardrails. He loves being trusted and respected, able to uphold an institution not through aggression, but indeed through strength and presence.
