Life Drawing

I LOVE to draw live events and scenes. One of my favorite things to do in community is to bring a sketchbook and a pile of markers or a fistful of colored pencils, and quickly capture what I see in front of me. The resulting drawings are loose, often stripped to the figures themselves, rather than the idiosyncrasies of individual features. Often, these become the foundations for later commissions or more elaborate pieces of art.
