Description
This original painting is part of the 78-piece Demand & Delight tarot series, created directly for the working deck. The piece measures 9×12 inches, with the tarot image about 6×10 inches, framed by hand-applied metal foil that shifts in the light. Signed on the front, bottom right.
The 10 of Cups shows two intertwined figures seated together, their arms wrapped around each other in an embrace. Their hair falls loose as they lean into one another. Along the right edge of the image, ten cups are arranged in a vertical row. The artwork is rendered in purples and pinks with cross-hatched linework.
