Description

Inktober 8: Corpse Flower is Day 8 of the Inktober 2026 series. The prompt was “Stinky,” and few plants earn that word like Amorphophallus titanum, which blooms rarely and smells like rotting flesh to attract its pollinators. A single pale spike rises from a deep, pleated purple collar, drawn in loose hatching with the magenta as the only color on the page.

Drawn digitally, the piece exists as a print on high-quality photo paper, offered as a 4×6 matted to 5×7, a 5×7 matted to 8×10, or an 8×10 matted to 11×14. Each fits a standard frame and ships sleeved with a backing board.

Every print sold through October is hand-embellished with paint or sparkle, so no two are exactly alike.

Hey, quick note from Nadia here! The text in this product listing is created using AI.

I do NOT use AI in any creative works - not in any part of the Tarot deck, including the book and the Tarot section of this website. I do NOT use AI in things like my bio, artist statement, etc. I ONLY use my chatbot, under extremely close handling (no autopilot here!), for things inside the environment of the shop section of my website.

I do this so I can carry on with the business of making art, rather than trying to sell art. I very much hate AI, too, but I also know that my creative engine has almost been destroyed by the very hustle and added mental load required to keep that engine even operating.

Something had to give. I believe that you, the viewer who is reading this, will probably connect more with the art than with my shitty descriptions of it, so I'm delegating the descriptions to a bot, since it's mostly going to be a bot that crawls the text, anyway.
